SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, BILLING, AND CANCELLATION
These terms apply to memberships and ebooks purchased at Freshfoodprepdaily.com.
Membership. Your membership provides access to our digital recipe library, ebooks, meal plans, and other member content described at checkout.
Initial Payment. We do not offer a free trial. Your first payment of $24.95, plus applicable taxes, is charged when you complete your purchase, and your membership begins immediately.
Automatic Monthly Renewal. Your membership automatically renews at $24.95 per month, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. Your first renewal occurs one month after your purchase, with subsequent charges occurring monthly. If your billing date does not occur in a particular month, we will charge you on that month's last day.
Payment Authorization. By purchasing the membership, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the initial purchase and subsequent monthly renewals until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time online: log in to your account and choose "Cancel membership" on your Account page. You can also cancel by emailing or calling customer service using the details under Contact Us below. We confirm every cancellation by email. Cancel before your next scheduled billing date to prevent the next renewal charge. Your membership access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period.
Access and Delivery. Everything is digital; nothing is shipped. Right after you buy the membership we email you a secure link to set your password, and your member area (weekly meal plans, recipe library, grocery lists and ebook library) is available immediately on any device. The starter ebook is a PDF you download from the page shown right after checkout. If your email or download doesn't arrive, contact customer service and we will resend it or refund you.
Refunds. Membership charges can be refunded within 7 days as described in our Refund Policy.
Starter Ebook. The starter ebook is a separate one-time purchase. Buying it on its own does not start a membership and does not authorize any recurring charge. It is delivered as a download right after checkout.
Card Statement. Charges appear on your card statement as FRSHFOOD*I8662006399.
Price Changes. We will notify you in advance of changes to your subscription price and give you an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
